This storefront is operated by Porpart LLC as an independent automotive parts retailer. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the site.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse payment systems, scrape protected content, or use the website in a way that harms Porpart, its customers, suppliers, or service providers.

Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, pricing, photographs, OEM and interchange references, availability, and compatibility information. Supplier information may change, and minor packaging, labeling, finish, or appearance differences may occur without changing the intended function of the product.

Product photographs may include multiple angles or representative packaging. The written product description, confirmed specifications, and fitment information control if an image and description differ.

Compatibility and installation

Customers are responsible for verifying year, make, model, trim, engine, transmission, production date, manufacturing location, and VIN compatibility before installation. OEM and interchange numbers are purchasing aids and should be compared with the original part.

Professional diagnosis and installation are recommended. Vehicle symptoms may have causes unrelated to the advertised product, and Porpart does not guarantee that replacing a part will correct a symptom without proper diagnosis.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfillment. Orders remain subject to payment approval, fraud review, supplier availability, shipping eligibility, pricing verification, and compliance review.

We may reject, cancel, limit, or refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing or description error, appears fraudulent, violates these terms, or presents a safety, legal, or compliance concern.

Third-party fulfillment

Some products may be purchased from and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or marketplaces. Porpart remains the customer-facing seller for the transaction, while supplier and carrier requirements may affect inventory, delivery, returns, warranty review, and replacement procedures.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax or other charges may be calculated by PayPal or another service provider where required. Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment begins.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, cancellation, return, and refund procedures are governed by the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy incorporated into these terms. Customers should review those policies before purchasing.

Warranty

Unless expressly stated on the product page, Porpart does not provide a separate lifetime or extended warranty. A product may include a supplier or manufacturer warranty when specifically disclosed. Warranty claims remain subject to the Warranty Policy and supporting documentation requirements.

Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Porpart LLC is not responsible for installation or removal labor, diagnostics, alignments, towing, storage, rental vehicles, loss of use, lost income, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from product selection, incompatibility, installation, delay, misuse, or vehicle condition.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Intellectual property

The Porpart name, logos, site design, original text, graphics, software, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Porpart LLC and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party trademarks

Toyota, Corolla, Matrix, Pontiac, Vibe, and other brand or model names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify compatibility. Porpart LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers unless expressly stated.

Electronic communications

You consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, tracking updates, fitment responses, return instructions, and policy notices. Marketing communications, when used, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Disputes and governing law

Before filing a formal claim, please contact Porpart so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Porpart LLC in Wyoming, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their state of residence.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store, products, suppliers, payment services, or applicable requirements change. The version posted when an order is placed generally governs that transaction, except where a change is required by law.
